Service Description

Double Process Color Service A double process color is perfect for clients looking for a dramatic color transformation, such as going lighter or achieving bold, vibrant tones. This service involves two steps: Step 1 – Lightening: The hair is first lightened using a professional-grade bleach or lightener to lift the existing pigment. This step ensures the hair reaches the desired base color for your final shade. Step 2 – Toning/Coloring: After lightening, a custom color or toner is applied to achieve your perfect shade. This can range from platinum blonde, vibrant reds, or pastel tones to rich, deeper shades depending on your desired look. All necessary products, including bleach, toners, and aftercare treatments, are included in this service. Each session is customized to your hair's needs to ensure the best results while maintaining hair health. New Client Consultation: All new clients must first book a $25 in-person consultation. During this consultation, I will assess your hair and scalp health to ensure you're a good candidate for a double process color. I’ll also go over any necessary pre-coloring steps to prepare your hair, such as treatments or changes in hair care routine. This consultation ensures that your hair stays healthy during the coloring process and that the final result is flawless.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will no longer be able to book future appointments. No fee will be charged, but your account will be flagged for future bookings. Cancellations (Before 24 Hours): If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. You must reschedule within the same week of canceling. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
