Service Description
For all braiding services, clients’ hair must be washed, dried, tangle-free, and free of any products, including oils, before the appointment. If not it will be an additional $40 plus 1hr 15 minutes added to your service time. Service time is based on your hair being fully prepared prior to the stylist’s arrival. If the service extends beyond the scheduled time due to factors unrelated to the braiding process, an overtime fee of $35 per hour will be applied. Please note that certain styles may need to be adjusted based on your child's individual needs to ensure comfort and the best results. Additionally, all new clients are required to fill out a Kid Consultation Form before their appointment will be accepted. This helps us provide the best possible service for your child.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will no longer be able to book future appointments. No fee will be charged, but your account will be flagged for future bookings. Cancellations (Before 24 Hours): If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. You must reschedule within the same week of canceling. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
