Service Description
Important Information for Braiding Services** Before your appointment, please ensure that your hair has been **washed, blow dried, and free of any products**. If your hair is not prepared, an additional **$40 fee** will apply, and **1 hour and 15 minutes** will be added to your service time for proper preparation. Braiding hair **is included** with all services in up to **two (2) colors maximum**. Custom color blends using **three (3) or more colors** will require an additional charge of **$7.00 per extra color**. All box braid services are priced for **mid-back length**. Additional charges apply for longer lengths and specialty styles as listed below: * **Butt Length:** +$35 * **Thigh Length:** +$50
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will no longer be able to book future appointments. No fee will be charged, but your account will be flagged for future bookings. Cancellations (Before 24 Hours): If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. You must reschedule within the same week of canceling. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
